Leigh Campbell wins John King Award

The 2005 John King award was won by Dr. Leigh Campbell for her paper “Synergistic protection of human endothelial cells from oxidative stress by selenium and sulforaphane supplementation”.

John King Award 2004

The John King Award for 2004 was won by Colleen Ross.

Susan Knox Receives John King Award The picture shows Susan Knox receiving the 2003 John King Award from Dr Mike Wallace(Regional Tutor) for her presentation entitled 'DNA polymorphisms in the thiopurine S-methyltransferase gene'. The presentation took place under the John King memorial Cherry Tree at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Unfortunately this tree has now been removed due to building work but will be replaced once this work is completed.
